Chris was our sales representative, and we can't say enough about our experience with him. in the end we feel that we have a friend. we came in to just look at a used p/u listed on your web site. we looked at the truck and indicated that it really looked great and was generally what we were looking for. Chris then proceeded to get to know us, and us him and wouldn't you know it before we realized it we had bought the truck. Chris was knowledgable about the particular vehicle, went over everything he knew and reviewed the carfax report. his easy nature and ready smile and humor fit very well with our own. we drove off with the truck, and then the really remarkable thing happened we got a call, seems that the finance mgr. (don't remember his name) had found us a better interest rate with a different financial institution and wanted us to come back and sign new documents. that effort reflects so favorably on Skyline that we cannot express our impression of you guys enough. to find a dealership that would go to that extent in a follow-up is uncommon in this day. again, thank you to Chris and the finance dept. and also to a reputable dealership, something that is hard to find. we will be back and will spread the word about our remarkable experience. we feel confident that we can come back for service, parts, or purchase and get the same expertise, and friendly response. you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Questionable HR practices I've had several business dealings with Skyline Ford and the last time I was there I experienced a completely unprofessional situation. I was there ge I've had several business dealings with Skyline Ford and the last time I was there I experienced a completely unprofessional situation. I was there getting my car serviced and was speaking with one of their service managers about my car. A few feet away from us two employees were having a conversation that seemed off, one looked to be a manager and the other looked to be a mechanic or oil technician. All of a sudden, the manager yelled at him that he was "FIRED" and used some curse words. All this in front of me and other customers as well. Out of shock, I asked the fellow I was dealing with what just happened and he said that the mechanic/oil technician had given a two week notice and said that the service manager always fires people who give a two week notice. I asked what the manager's name was: Brandon Adams. Honestly, this is disturbing to me. I understand that Oregon is an "At Will" State, but to treat an employee so poorly and in front of customers shows a lack of humanity and is a reflection on the business itself. The manager acted very poorly in firing someone in front of other coworkers and customers. I will never give my hard earned money to a company who would treat employees so poorly. More

Amazing sales and service I recently bought a new 2018 Ford Escape Titainum and My sales agent Mike was awesome. His knowledge about the vehicle was spot on. I developed an oi I recently bought a new 2018 Ford Escape Titainum and My sales agent Mike was awesome. His knowledge about the vehicle was spot on. I developed an oil leak because of robotic assembly that had damaged the valve cover and pinched an oring at the turbocharger. Justin the service writer had me leave the vehicle and got me a loaner until my car was repaired. They did an outstanding job all the way around. If you are in the market for a new or used car Skyline Ford is the place to go. They're an outstanding dealership, extremely helpful, and will work with you to get you the best deal possible st both of their locations in Keizer and South Salem. More

The best experience I didn’t want to go back to Skyline after a bad experience years ago but Bill said let’s give it a try. I am really happy we did.
