I have bought 3 cars with John and he has always worked hard to get my wife and I the car we wanted for the price we could afford. When my parents were in the market for a car, I advised them that they should buy it through Skyline Ford. John did not disappoint. He was helpful, attentive and laughed at my dad's horrible dumb jokes. My elderly parents bought a used Ford Fusion and are very happy with it. Until.....the car wouldn't start 4 days later. My mother had an appointment for an ultrasound on her heart. She called me at work quite upset both about the car and missing her appointment. My dad was stressed out and frantic. The whole reason they bought the car was to be able to make their medical appointments and now it wouldn't start. I'm at work an hour away. I contacted John to let him know what was happening and without hesitation he arranged for a courtesy driver to take my mom to her appointment, wait for her and drive her home. My mom was unfortunately going to be too late to make her appointment and the hospital, luckily, was able to schedule for the next day so they sent the driver back to the dealership. After things calmed down, I left work and began to diagnose the problem. It turned out that my dad had mistakenly bumped the headlight switch when getting out of the car and drained the battery. There is nothing wrong with the car (which I knew would be the case). I have no doubt that, if there had been a real issue with the car, that Skyline Ford would have stepped up and done everything possible to correct it. John and the staff (I don't know who the courtesy driver was) at Skyline Ford have my sincerest thanks. That is customer service in its truest form!!! I will continue to do business with and recommend John and Skyline Ford. More
