Service for System Malfunction The malfunction light was illuminated so took it in to be serviced. Katrina, the service writer, said it may be several hours before they could fix The malfunction light was illuminated so took it in to be serviced. Katrina, the service writer, said it may be several hours before they could fix it. Actually, the car was repaired in about an hour and 45 minutes so managed to be finished several hours early. I am pleased with the end result as the car was fixed in about half the time expected, the service people are pleasant and knowledgeable and the customer waiting area is pleasant and has coffee available. More
