I had come in to Keizer store a couple of months earlier and couldn't make a deal he spent at least 2 and a I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil. I had come in to Keizer store a couple of months earlier and couldn't make a deal he spent at least 2 and a half hours with me on that day. I told him to follow up with me on July 9th which he did. It was perfect as I had a way to buy a truck. he spent another 2 hours while I made up my mind and then Sage and Walt worked with me and got me in to the truck I wanted. I have bought 10 new vehicles since moving to Oregon this experience was the best by far. I bought a 2005 mustang GT from that store but this is still by far the best experience. We got a good price quote in Portland but wanted to buy local if we could. I stopped by the lot on Mission St. to look at a truck and met Larry Rutter the salesman. That is where our great experience began! I told Larry the specs on the truck that we were interested in and he said he would check his inventory. He called me that evening with some options to come and look at. Larry met us at the lot on commercial the next afternoon and showed us an f150. We took it for a test drive and decided to purchase it if they could beat the price we were quoted in Portland. I told Larry that "I didn't want to haggle on price, just give us the best price they could" They were 300.00 less than Portland! We appreciated the "no pressure" demeanor of Larry as well as the effort he made to listen and find the truck we wanted! We will send our friends to Larry if they are looking for a good deal on a vehicle and a great experience! More

We ran a little behind because of what life has to offer and the staff were still welcoming even though we were behind. When we started the process of finding our car we were directed to what would end up being the car we needed and wanted. Jeremy was awesome letting us take multiple test drives and answering what we felt like were a thousand questions without the bat of an eye. The dealership was clean and all related employees were very helpful and nice. I like the potential of dealing with this dealership do to its presentation and revamped maintenance area.
