Jeff went out of his way to locate a car with the equipment we desired that was in another state and had it trucked to Salem. without being pushy. We got what we desired in a timely manner at a reasonable price without having to drive to the big city. When delivered Jeff spent time showing how to work the various feature and he scheduled a follow-up meeting a week later to be sure we knew how to work all the new features. We appreciated the time spent to go over the features as previous experience at the dealers has been when it comes in they essentially hand us the keys and that is it. As to the price it was about what I expected to pay based upon prior research on Edmunds and the Ford websites. All in all the purchase was a pleasant surprise. More
