I had been to a few dealers before deciding to stop in at a REAL dealership, like I should have done in the first place. The moment I stepped into the show room to find help I was greeted by Ron, who did not a REAL dealership, like I should have done in the first place. The moment I stepped into the show room to find help I was greeted by Ron, who did nothing but COMPLETELY take care of my whole family. We did not have to deal with a shady, overly aggressive salesman. Ron showed us exactly what we were looking for (a mini van) and found us something not only we could finance, but with payments we could afford. When I came back to pick up my other vehicle, we noticed that the windows had stopped working, and Ron assured us it would be taken care of right away. As for friendliness, Ron astounded us! He treated us like real people, not like a couple of young kids like every other lot did. My son, who is 15 months old, was welcomed by everyone when he wandered around the show room. My overall experience was amazing! I did not expect to feel as relaxed as I did. The experience Ron has provided us definitely made life long customers out of me and my family! More

This is the third Focus we have purchased from Skyline Keizer Ford and Sage Bass in particular. That by itself should say something about Sage. You can tell he is digitally literate and completely understands the features. And the best thing - if you say "No" he doesn't press.
