Next time I need one, I will definitely ask for Phil by name. Walt Sommerson took care of the final paperwork, and he was also quick and knowledgeable. He presented the extended warrantee without a bit of pressure on us to buy it. My wife and I both appreciated how we were treated at Skyline's Keizer store. More

They actually provide customer service I came by on a Saturday for an oil change. JP greeted me as I walked in, I asked about the wait since there were at least 4 cars ahead of me. He said I came by on a Saturday for an oil change. JP greeted me as I walked in, I asked about the wait since there were at least 4 cars ahead of me. He said it would be at least 2 hours, but if I wanted to give them a call later he'd let me know how it looked. I left and then called later, the wait was still long. I called a second time and JP said come on down. I got there and he already had the work order with my name on it and service request section filled out. I went to sit in the lobby and barely had time to get comfortable before JP came back to get me since my car was already done. Good job to JP and to the service team there in Keizer, and only Keizer. More

We had the pleasant experience of meeting JP and Jen at your Quicklane in Keizer. Multitasking at its best, both of these superstars greeted and promptly took care of their guests with individuality and care. Superior service that is a joy to see and rare in the industry. JP recommended new wipers and a fresh battery. Within 1 hr. we were on the road with an oil change, fresh wipers and a new battery. Please convey to your leadership team and give proper accolades to JP and Jen. More
