I have never had such an enjoyable retail experience. My daughter and son-in-law referred my to Skyline Ford suggesting that I speak with Chad Clevenger, Jr. On the telephone, I outlined to Chad what I My daughter and son-in-law referred my to Skyline Ford suggesting that I speak with Chad Clevenger, Jr. On the telephone, I outlined to Chad what I wanted in a car. Within a short period of time he returned my call and recommended what has turn out to be the ideal solution to my transportation needs. In other words he listened to me. Ron Parrish handled the actual sale and again he listed to me. Equally important he patiently answered my questions regarding the vehicle (2006 Ford Explorer). If he did not know the answer to my question, he got the answer. He was honest in his answers. JP did a superb job cleaning the vehicle (twice). The vehicle was immaculate both times. Dave Fountain handled the financing expeditiously, efficiently, but more importantly he diligently researched the available financing options. The result is that I am paying an interest rate that I did not think would be available to me. More

I have all my general maintenance (oil, belts, etc.) as-well-as an engine replacement done at the Keizer Skyline Ford location for the past 7+ years. They (Jennifer in particular) are always knowledgeab as-well-as an engine replacement done at the Keizer Skyline Ford location for the past 7+ years. They (Jennifer in particular) are always knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. While the hourly shop rate may be less elsewhere this team knows what they are doing and thus they take less time to get it done (negates the extra hourly cost). I have never been dissatisfied with any service experience… More
