90K service on my 2009 Civic Brought my 2009 Civic in for 90K mile service without an appointment. I was warmly greeted by Service Advisor Matt. Explained what I needed and requested the shuttle service to downtown. Matt called later and explained the front rotors were in need of resurfacing and I agreed to the repair. When the service was complete, Matt called to let me know the car was ready and he sent the shuttle driver back downtown to pick me up. I really appreciate the complimentary shuttle service so I can be at work while my cars are serviced. I am looking forward to buying our next Honda at Honda of Bartlesville sometime this year. More
