Purchase of a 2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L I looked for a Honda van for several weeks in several different dealerships. Originally was thinking of a used one. My daughter was in contact with B I looked for a Honda van for several weeks in several different dealerships. Originally was thinking of a used one. My daughter was in contact with Beebe Stephenson at Bartlesville by email and phone. I drove over on a Sunday to 'just look around'. On Saturday, May 31, we drove to Bartlesville from Tulsa, met with Beebe looked at, drove and purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey EX-L. Beebe was The best teacher of the in's and out's of mastering the overwhelming dash of the Odyssey. He was as thorough as could be in the time allotted, and very patient with an older lady. The test drive was smooth and non threatening. During the 'sales' process he was kind, open and very patient (there were other customers waiting, however, he never showed any sign of being in a hurry). It was a pleasure dealing with Beebe. He was kind, helpful and accommodating to us. He also was in the process of training a new employee which he did with finesse, calm and very good training. The young man was very nice, helpful and friendly. Dominykas, the finance manager was the same. Thorough, patient, did not seem the least bit bothered that I understood very little of what he was explaining to us (thank God for my daughter being there). He also did not hurry us or seem bothered that it was the end of a long day and there was another couple in line. Very relaxed, friendly and helpful. I originally was not in favor of going to Bartlesville as I am a believer in purchasing where I live in order to give tax dollars to my city. However, the willingness of Beebe and the rest of the team to reach out and be available and to deal with us later in the day on Saturday plus the price of the van won me over. Mark Koble gladly took the key, recorded the desired maintenance services and arranged for the shuttle driver to take me downtown. Later in the day, Mark called to let me know the maintenance was complete and then sent the shuttle driver to pick me up downtown. Really appreciate the shuttle service so I can get my vehicle maintenance done and not miss work! More
