Excellence in Service Here's my story. About a year ago, I had my car serviced with Southpointe Honda in Tulsa, They changed my oil, and were to change my brakes and rotors Here's my story. About a year ago, I had my car serviced with Southpointe Honda in Tulsa, They changed my oil, and were to change my brakes and rotors. I had to return 3 times due to horrible service. The nut wasn't tightened properly, nor were the rotors changed as requested. I was in Bartlesville showing homes (I am a realtor) when I realized my oil was leaking and had to get it fixed asap. I called Bartlesville Honda on a Saturday at 3pm, and Mark Koble got me in immediately. He was absolutely wonderful. He took the best care of my car and truly cared about my well-being. I live an hour away in Glenpool, OK, but make the drive to Bartlesville Honda to have my car serviced, by Mark. It is well worth my time to know when I go to a Service Center, my car is taken care of properly. This Service Center is A+ top of the line. I will go nowhere else. Thank you Mark! More
