Battery fault Our 2017 Honda CR-V suddenly had lights flashing, strange messages and was difficult to start. We brought it in as soon as we could get it started. Our 2017 Honda CR-V suddenly had lights flashing, strange messages and was difficult to start. We brought it in as soon as we could get it started. It was scary, but didn't think about the battery since it was only two years old. Service was courteous, professional and quickly determined it was a fault in the battery. Overall fantastic dealership We bought a new 2019 Honda Odyssey from Charles. We talked over email for about two weeks before my wife and I were able to come in. When we were able to come to the dealership, he had the van pulled up front and it was washed and ready to go. He explained everything and even asked for questions. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase the vehicle. I was the one that said we were ready. The process was fast. We went to the finance department with Dominykas and it was a breeze. He was very informative and answered any question we had. Overall our experience was amazing. This is a no pressure dealership with honest people. More
