Excellent service! I have always had wonderful service from Mark Koble! He takes time to listen to me, and doesn't make me feel like he is waiting for me to get done so I have always had wonderful service from Mark Koble! He takes time to listen to me, and doesn't make me feel like he is waiting for me to get done so he can go do something else.. Which this is very important to a customer. He is very thorough in explaining things to me about my vehicle whether it is to do with it right then, or for things to watch for in the days ahead. He takes the time to come and let me know how things are going with my vehicle, if it has been a while, and I am still waiting on it to get done. He is also good about letting me know if the mechanic finds something else wrong with my vehicle while it is being worked on. But, if I decide not to do anything about it right then, he is not persistent with it. If there is anything that a customer does not like, it is someone who is pushing you for what they fee you need to do. I recommend Mark Koble to anyone! More

Great Dealership, Excellent Staff We recently purchased a Honda Pilot, his is the 3rd Honda we've brought and the second from Honda of Bartlesville. My Honda Accord is 7 years old and We recently purchased a Honda Pilot, his is the 3rd Honda we've brought and the second from Honda of Bartlesville. My Honda Accord is 7 years old and still in great shape inside, outside, top to bottom. When service issues came up Honda of Bartlesville's Service Department was easy to work with and very prompt. The sales staff are low pressure, if you're knowledgeable, a Honda sells itself. Honda often has great deals on financing and their financing department is a breeze to work with. Again, no high pressure you choose what makes sense and works for you. I will certainly continue to give my business to Honda of Bartlesville. I love my new Pilot!! More
