Josh then called me back and we discussed the issues, Josh promised we would not have those issues with them. We then set an appointment for the following Tuesday, and everything went just as Josh had promised. The deal was done before we really got there. They took the time to let us test drive, and ask questions. Charles then took the time to explain all the details in the vehicle. Great customer service, we have recommended them since buying a month ago. More

Best experience dealing with a service department I recently needed to get a part replaced on my vehicle and was having trouble finding a place that would do it a fair price. When I called Honda of Ba I recently needed to get a part replaced on my vehicle and was having trouble finding a place that would do it a fair price. When I called Honda of Bartlesville the Mathew Baxter was very nice and courteous to my needs and well exceeded my expectations on price. I really liked that I didn't have to wait forever to get my part replaced and was in and out in about an hour. If I would have gone to another Honda dealership nearby it would've taken 2-3 hours to get the same service done. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership and will probably make it my dealer of choice for all my Honda needs. More
