Refreshingly Upfront Dealership We've been looking at 2019 CRVs for a few months now, checking out several dealerships. We had pretty much decided to wait until the end of the year to get one because I really hadn't found the one I wanted yet and we were tired of going to dealerships and wasting hours of our time telling them what our budget was and having the salesperson go back and forth 5 times between us and his manager. We decided to check out what Honda of Bartlesville had and could offer us. This was the best experience we have ever had from start to finish. First we weren't made to feel like we were in a shark tank when we first arrived. David Howell shared more information about this vehicle than all the other dealerships combined had and was very easy (non stressful) to work with. The finance manager was the absolute best, and NEVER pressured us to buy anything extra or unnecessary. We not only left with a new CRV but with a high regard for those that work here. More

Best new car buying experience. We bought a new Honda Pilot in 2015. My husband saw the vehicle on line, called and spoke to David Howell. We drove up and when we got there the truck was cleaned with a full tank of gas. We test drove it and bought it that day. Because of the no hassle, easy attitude we decided to buy a new 2019 Honda. Didn't buy the car we saw on line but got what we wanted, another Pilot and worked with David, again. Came back to pick up our truck a few days later and it was cleaned, full tank of gas, and ready to go. I always took my 2015 back to Bartlesville for service and oil change and I will take my new truck there for service, also. Nice, friendly, clean, and easy. More
