Gave me the best deal on a CRV of every place I looked, I even tried to get other dealerships to meet the quote and no one could even come close so it was worth the drive. The dealership has some small town charm, very friendly and straightforward. They were straightforward enough to explain to me how other dealerships include all sorts of upcharges and fees, and that's how this dealership is able to undersell so effectively. Also, I had some special requests for additions to the trim of my CRV, they gave me a quote and forgot to add some of the costs, but wound up sticking to the original quote which was refreshing. Overall a very positive experience. More

I so appreciated that he had the technicians check out the wiring under the hood carefully, since I had brought home a rat in a firewood bundle from the local grocery store. I thought I had all cleaned out of the interior but thank goodness, the cabin filter was checked and sure enough, more evidence. Thank you all so much! I will make the trip to Bartlesville for oil changes from now on. More
