General Maintenance I had scheduled an appointment but arrived early. I travel 40 miles to get to this dealership so I allow extra time and was prepared to wait for my a I had scheduled an appointment but arrived early. I travel 40 miles to get to this dealership so I allow extra time and was prepared to wait for my appointment time. However, they accommodated the change without request and quickly got my vehicle checked in. I was not aware of the service discounts available but Mark was very kind to offer me a few options as I incorrectly assumed my vehicle was only in need of an oil change (the vehicle tells me the service code but I honestly didn’t look it up in my book) but rather it needed an additional recommended maintenance item serviced. The wait time to completion was less than what I originally expected but that I greatly appreciated. There is another Honda dealership 25 miles from my home that I have used before but have found it is continually more pleasant to travel the extra distance to this dealership. The service advisors are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t recommend unnecessary services and will look for the ability to make sure you get the best savings possible. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean. The vehicle I had serviced was my 4th vehicle purchased from this dealership. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my purchasing and service needs. Thank you Mark and team! I really appreciate you! More
