We never felt pressured to buy a vehicle but Doug was extremely helpful in answering questions, bringing vehicles we were interested in test-driving to us - not point us to them and giving us the keys! He answered all questions honestly (we felt) and the over-all experience was very professional. We have now purchased 9 vehicles (8 used; 1 new) from Honda of Bartlesville (Mark Roberts Motors) and have ALWAYS received quality treatment. My usual salesperson, Beebe was on vacation so I met & worked with Darrin who was a pleasure and very helpful as I was torn over another Accord or a CRV. After Darrin & Dominykas patiently helped me for a few hours, I drove away very pleased & satisfied with my new Accord:) Also, I absolutely will not let anyone but their service department touch my car. For over 12 years nobody at this dealership has let me down. More

Awesome, personalized service! I had just arrived in Tulsa from New York City and wanted to buy a new car since I didn't have one while I lived in NY. Scott Upton arranged for a dri I had just arrived in Tulsa from New York City and wanted to buy a new car since I didn't have one while I lived in NY. Scott Upton arranged for a driver (Don, the nicest man ever with great stories!) to come from Bartlesville to pick me up in Tulsa (about a 45 minute drive) and take me to the dealership. Scott had the car I was interested in out front and ready for me to test drive. When I encountered hiccups with my planned car insurance company, Scott was extremely patient during this process and recommended a local State Farm office for the car insurance that was very efficient and easy to work with. Dominik clearly explained financial considerations/extended warrantees with my purchase and allowed me to pay for my car with a personal check. As a bonus, Dominik and Scott recommended local places of interest to check out in Bartlesville and OK more generally. Scott sat with me in the car and carefully explained all of the computerized features of the car, and asked me to call or email him with any questions. I am so grateful for the awesome, personalized service I received at this dealership. For my future car purchases I plan to return to this dealership. More

Outstanding service! We went in and requested Beebe because we trust him, we have bought from him in the past. We also dealt with Josh Matney and David Counterman very nice guys also. Not going to lie we checked prices in Tulsa and they have not been able to beat the price or service! We ae very pleased with Bartlesville Honda, this is our 3rd new car purchased from here. When we do service we like to deal with Mark Koble, he is awesome!! More

Buying CRV I was looking for a SUV and thought about a RAV 4, Edge, Santa Fe, and CRV. I usually buy used. I had a Toyota Sienna that had 206,000 miles before I was looking for a SUV and thought about a RAV 4, Edge, Santa Fe, and CRV. I usually buy used. I had a Toyota Sienna that had 206,000 miles before the transmission went out. I was very pleased with it, so thought about the RAV 4 since I didn't want to spend the extra money for a van and didn't need the extra room, but wanted the taller fill getting in and out of the car. Dealers seem to want us to look on line for cars so did this, but when I looked at the Toyota lot no one came out while I had walked the lot. Then I went to a used lot and looked at a Santa Fe, but it was older than I wanted. I then came to look at the CRVs. I had remembered that the salesman I had talked to back in 2010 was not real pushy and liked that. The price seemed better for the CRV than the Edge and RAV 4 and my sister and brother in law have had good luck with Honda. I'm pleased with the CRV so far! More
