Mark is such a great guy to work with and to get to know. He really takes care of his customers. After much deliberation, my wife and I decided to trade in one of those vehicles and get a new Pilot. We worked with Beebe Stephenson and he was such an awesome gentleman to work with and build a new relationship with as we navigated our way through selecting and purchasing the vehicle and he didn't seem to mind showing us around today in well below freezing temperatures. I would describe both Mark and Beebe as friendly and professional in every way. They are both laid back just enough to make them a pleasure to work with (no high pressure tactics used here) and yet aggressive enough in all the right ways to go and chase down answers and solutions. I really appreciate how they listened closely to our needs and made suggestions without making us feel pressured into anything. We also worked briefly with the sales manager Josh Matney on all the financing aspects of the transaction and he was also a pleasure to deal with - a great team all the way across at Honda of Bartlesville.
