New AWD CRV purchase I wanted to replace my existing SUV with a new one. I have purchased from Honda of Bartlesville in the past and was well pleased with the experience. I wanted to replace my existing SUV with a new one. I have purchased from Honda of Bartlesville in the past and was well pleased with the experience. However in the hunt for the best price I checked closer to home and while the prices were very close the other dealers add some extras (wheel locks, paint treatment)I didn't want. I emailed Beebe Stevenson for an out the door price on a new AWD CRV, received a price and that was it. I visited on a Saturday and due to Beebe being overbooked with another customer he turned me over to Jeremy Coles. I didn't have any issues with that. Jeremy was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable on the product and features and answered my questions. He had my package on the CRV I had asked about and the price was exactly what I had been emailed. Since it was a busy day, I had to wait a bit to get through finance but that was also a breeze. Dominyk was also pleasant and professional to work with. There was no pressure for extra items (extended warranty, various packages for maintenance and paint sealant). He asked if I wanted any of the products they offered. I asked a few questions and he answered them to my satisfaction. I have excellent credit and was able to take advantage of the 0.9 financing (check your credit rating before you go in and save yourself any surprises before you go to a dealer). There is so much paperwork to go through but Dominyk got me through it. While the finance was being done Jeremy had the vehicle's fuel topped off and the vehicle washed again and prepared to give to us. Also, while I was waiting I went to the service department and asked Mark Koble if there were any outstanding TSB's on the vehicle sine it had been manufactured. He was very prompt in looking up the info and reported there was nothing outstanding for the vehicle. All in all this was a good experience and a very low pressure experience. All the people I dealt with were very professional and pleasant to deal with. More

I checked w/ several Honda dealers in the Tulsa area. Honda of Bartlesville was the only dealer willing to give me an out the door price. I work full time, and had spent an inordinate amount of time talking to insurance people. It was so nice just to get an honest quote and not have to spend more time haggling over car prices. They had the car ready for me and even fed me lunch courtesy of their hamburger and hot dog buffet they offer on Saturdays during football season. Dominic worked all of the paperwork and again very professional and they all put the customer first. They even have tailgate food during football season so all around a very welcoming atmosphere.
