New 2016 Civic I love my car but have had a few issues with it. The dealership had to fix the rear panel on the outside of the car but did not do it correctly the f I love my car but have had a few issues with it. The dealership had to fix the rear panel on the outside of the car but did not do it correctly the first time, but they did fix the issue after we returned the car the second time. The infotainment screen had issues and the dealership fixed it as well. There is something strange about the cruise control. It surges periodically giving it a choppy ride. The dealership was asked to look at it but said they could find anything wrong. If it continues, I will again ask them to look at the issue, this time I would like to ride with them as they drive it so I can bring their attention the issue. Overall the experience of buying the car was good. I wish I did not have to use the service department so quickly after buying the car, but they have been kind and helpful each time we are there, even giving us a loaner car while the repairs took longer than we expected. More

I found the 'crew' at Honda of Bartlesville a genuine change from the usual experience. Our salesman, Darrin, was patient, answered all of my wife's numerous, and I'm sure, mundane questions, made sure she understood the 'controls and features' of the Pilot and that this was the vehicle she wanted. The gentleman who handled the financing helped me find a local financial institution that would finance the vehicle 'my way', a VERY important part of my car buying decision. I would definitely be recommending Honda of Bartlesville to friends!! More
