I began my shopping online at Sloane Toyota of Glenside looking for a RAV4 and found the one I was interested in. I previously dealt with Sloane of Devon for my 2010 RAV4 with Craig Appel. I made con looking for a RAV4 and found the one I was interested in. I previously dealt with Sloane of Devon for my 2010 RAV4 with Craig Appel. I made contact with Craig Appel and Rob Fox and both gentleman did all the rest to make my experience as EASY and COURTEOUS as can be (A+, 5***** service) and what more could I ask for!! The new 2013 RAV4 has soooo many new features that my 2010 did not have that once behind the wheel I was sold! Rob Fox was very patient in explaining all of these new features and even set up my phone to receive hands-free calls, a big safety concern for me. I have also had my 2010 RAV4 serviced at Sloane of Glenside and the service department always prepared my car for my family's safety with a FRIENDLY atmosphere and dependable SERVICE! He and his managers showed me respect by giving me a fair (even generous) price on my trade-in, by giving me a highly competitive price on the Prius, and by talking to me like a partner rather than an adversary.
