I have been dealing with Sloane Toyota since 1997. They are honest, always working to achieve what is best for you, and to meet your expectations when purchasing that dream car. One of the most important things I have found is that they are not in the least bit intimidating. They do not try to push things on you or try to make you spend more money than you can afford. Another important point is they never make you feel like you are wasting their time if you are not ready on that particular day to make a purchase. I could never purchase a car/SUV without thinking about it in great detail. My sales consultant just always says to me, "you know I'm here whenever you are ready." It is also extremely important once you've made your decision is to get to know that car completely especially now b/c cars do so much of the work for you. I have never left this dealership feeling like--hum maybe I should have done this or said that, or felt disappointed in any way. I have purchased 5 autos from this dealership and each purchase was so positive. They just exceed your expectations in every way. I always leave knowing if I still have questions all I have to do is pick the phone and call or stop by for a quick visit. Sloane is one of the reasons why I always go back to Toyota. More

Efficient, friendly and the salesmen (Frank) took every photo i requested and I requested ALOT! Generally my sales experience was excellent! The only issue came from the service department…. Appa photo i requested and I requested ALOT! Generally my sales experience was excellent! The only issue came from the service department…. Apparently after changing the oil the tech forgot to reset the service indicator resulting in the car requesting an oil service days after delivery. Frank insist that’s the case but the car has no dipstick to verify so I’m not wagering an engine. Sloane doesn’t seem interested in covering an oil service. Oh well More
