Ken Glovach was very helpful in getting me the truck I was looking for at a reasonable price. He was great at accomodating the factors that I had in mind, despite the fact that I wasn't sure about what ex was looking for at a reasonable price. If you visit Sloan, I highly recommend speaking with Ken to help you find what you are after. As for Sloan Toyota of Malvern, I was happy with the price they offered but feel the experience could have been much better. As a 23-year-old, when I walked in and began looking around I was never approached by anyone to see if I could be helped. After about 25 minutes of looking around the showroom and the lot, I eventually asked someone for help (only because I knew I wanted a Toyota and for no other reason). Aside from that, the building is very nice and the customer service seems very friendly (once you have bought a car). I would certainly recommend Sloane to a friend although I hope they find a way to speed up customer service. More

I leased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Sloane in February of 2018. They recently began to contact me, letting me know they were interested in buying me out of my lease early (it was up in May of 2021) to get m 2018. They recently began to contact me, letting me know they were interested in buying me out of my lease early (it was up in May of 2021) to get my truck for their used inventory and put me in a new Tacoma. I love the Tacoma, so I was definitely interested. My experience during the sales process was downright painful, to the point that I got up and left in the middle of the second face to face discussion and just went to another dealer. I knew the numbers, had done my homework, yet it took 4 or 5 back and forth negotiations over several hours to get Sloane to make a reasonable offer. The fact that I was a returning customer and they asked me to come in made it all the more frustrating. At one point, Ed Toto, General Sales Manager told me that taking my truck back was a burden for him, that it made the deal more difficult. Then why send me the email asking for my truck? Del Toyota made me a better offer than Sloane, right out of the gate. They even threw in some accessories (roof rack, tonneau cover) to sweeten the deal. Absolutely painless. My recommendation would be stay away from Sloane, Ken Glovach and Ed Toto. They embody everything bad about buying a car. More
