Took our $1000 deposit and didn’t hold the car So we called and explained we wanted to buy our father another new vehicle, but we would be away, would there be any way to hold the car. We spoke to Jason Discolo and he said no problem we can do it especially since two other cars from them. He asked us for $1000 to HOLD the car. We called yesterday and again spoke to Jason and said we were back and would be there first thing in the morning, no problem. My 82 year old father is excited and we get there — they had sold the car and offered us a different car and didn’t want to give us our deposit back — NO Way! We did get that back but this is terrible service and we will never go here again, drove to Downington and bought a car from them. We do not recommend Sloane. More

He always went out of his way to greet and talk with me. Not only did he work with me, but also helped my mother get her car as well. My mother passed away this passed January and Mo walked us step by step to handle the transfer of titles. Today I came in to get my oil change and inspection. Mo pulled me to the side and was able to get a new 2018 car with less of a car payment. If you need a car you have to see him in Malvern. Always 5 Star service. More

Lousy, Dishonest Customer Service I wanted to take the time describe the hassle my 77-year-old mother and I experienced yesterday at Sloane Toyota of Malvern. For a business that cl I wanted to take the time describe the hassle my 77-year-old mother and I experienced yesterday at Sloane Toyota of Malvern. For a business that claims its goal is to provide "5-Star Service," I would think your employees would go out of their way to avoid deliberately inconveniencing anybody, especially senior citizens. Chelsee, your customer service representative, apparently felt no qualms at all about assuring us that my mother should "consider her vehicle SOLD," despite the facts that 1. She knew that the vehicle had been in a collision with a deer and had been advised in detail on the damage. 2. She knew that my mother had already bought a replacement vehicle and therefore absolutely was only looking to sell this vehicle, not to trade it in toward buying one from Sloane Toyota of Malvern. 3. She knew that my mother, who again is 77 years old, was making a 4-hour round-trip drive for the express purpose of selling this vehicle to Sloane Toyota of Malvern. When my mother and I arrived at your dealership yesterday morning for the appointment Chelsee had insisted on setting up for us, Tom (who I believe is your Pre-Owned Manager) took only a couple of minutes to walk around the car and run the vehicle history report before informing us that the car had too much damage and refusing to buy it. When I told Tom that it would have been nice to know that beforehand, he nonchalantly, and with no visible regard for our inconvenience whatsoever, said, "Well, I had to look at it to assess it." This is absolute BS. News flash: we live in a day and age where there are devices such as cellphones that make it quite simple to provide photographic documentation of a vehicle and its VIN number. If Chelsee had requested this information, I am certain that Tom would have arrived at the same decision, but at least your dealership wouldn't have wasted our time, nor inspired this review. I hope that our experience will serve as a lesson for your employees on how NOT to treat customers. In the meantime, though, it will be my distinct pleasure to copy this email to as many internet review sites as I can find. More
