Awful. After speaking with someone at close, on Friday night, via phone, made an appt to see a vehicle first thing in the morning. Explicitly stated I'm over an hour away but will be there first thing in the morning. Arrived at 9am, all sales associates were still in their morning meeting. Spoke with the associate as soon as they came out. Told me it was promised to another 9am appt. Tried to convince me to look at another car, 3 years older, with 20k more miles for the same price. Complete waste of my time and gas money. The explanation was ridiculous and proposed solution felt dishonest. Be wary of what they post online and promises they make. (And they were still taking appointments and stating that same vehicle was available 5 hours later via their online system.) More
