There's no excuse in the information age, when data is at their fingertips, for being unable to answer or respond to calls in a timely fashion from either individuals or car dealers. Thankfully we were able to change our minds and resign some of the options a few days later once I had a chance to review and fully digest the paperwork. Some team members were also very difficult to contact. I called the financial person we worked with numerous times and left messages, and sent and email and never heard back. Finally I just showed up to wrap up some of the loose ends and thankfully he was there and able to see me. He was nice, but left a sour taste in my mouth for car salesmen. More
