I have had my 2013 Honda Accord serviced at Smail Honda since the day I bought it. The service was always excellent and the technician was very informative to tell me what the car needed and I replaced wha since the day I bought it. The service was always excellent and the technician was very informative to tell me what the car needed and I replaced what was recommended by Troy Zatezalo. Eric Akerlind is an excellent salesman. Erick sold my husband a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite. Eric took the time to explain all the new technology that is in this vehicle. If we had a question a few days later he was very willing to answer the question and show us how to use the new navigation system. I would recommend Eric Akerlind to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda from Smail Honda. More

Lately I am not getting the same quality service as in the past, and this is my fourth CRV purchase. Sit down with me with my receipt and explain to me what exactly was completed with my vehicle. Don't just say 'the receptionist' has your receipt, thank you for your service. Two of my tires were at a 3 and if someone had called I 'would have' replaced them, but it was too late.
