Smail Honda

We have purchased 3 new Hondas from Smail. The first one was because of the price. However, we continue to drive past the Honda dealership that is 2 miles away from our house and get on the t The first one was because of the price. This is a big dealership that makes you feel like part of the family. Frank Sabino has always been a 5 star service rep and and even better person. When he was promoted, it was obvious to me that Brandon was stepping his game up as well, (I believe under Frank’s leadership). Recently, I had Troy as my service rep. Troy is another 5 star rep. His communication is top notch. I appreciate how he uses technology and quickly gets right back to me. It is a lot faster and more efficient to send a text out a question a customer may have. I believe this helps him to multi-task. Troy is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I also would like to thank the mechanics at Smail. They always are more than willing to answer any and very question I have. You guys rock! More
