I just had my Honda CRV towed 30 miles to Smail Honda in Greensburg. I bought the car there.in 2018. The battery had died and was replaced but the car either wouldn't start or started once or twice. It was Greensburg. I bought the car there.in 2018. The battery had died and was replaced but the car either wouldn't start or started once or twice. It was weird. Bill Ventura, their mechanic, gave it a going over and noticed that the car remote felt funny. Turned out that when I had replaced the remote battery I had put in the wrong battery. When Bill put in the correct battery in the remote the car was totally back to normal. This was a subtle piece of problem solving. And it saved me a lot of hassle and money by not having to try all the usual fixes. Well done to Bill Ventura. And the service personnel were very gracious. I will definitely be back. More
