Quite a difference from an experience I had in San Diego many years ago when the dealership accidentally "lost" the keys of my current car to force me to buy a new car from them that day. I was so angry I had my car towed away to a different dealer and bought my new car elsewhere of course. After having had this negative experience in San Diego, I never look forward to buying a new car. However, since this is my second lease through Wes and Smail, it speaks volumes to them for making my car buying process efficient and pleasurable. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else to buy a car! More
