I have only positive comments about my experience at Smail Honda Village. Everyone was courteous and responsive to my concerns. Curt is knowledgeable, personable, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help his customers. Even after completing my selection, I still had questions, and Curt was patient while answering them. Upon delivery of my new Honda CR-V, Curt explained all the controls so I could drive away in confidance. Later I received an internet tutorial from the dealership which has been a great help - especially for a low-tech person like me. I had contacted other dealerships before working with Curt. None were as helpful as Honda Village. I have already recommended Curt Greek to family and friends. From now on Smail Honda Village will be my first stop. We looked for over a month from Ohio to Washington, Butler,Pittsburgh and Greensburg. I won't go into all the crap we had to listen to from salesmen and sales managers. we felt like we were on Revoluti Butler,Pittsburgh and Greensburg. We stopped in Smail Honda on Saturday and drove our 2007 Honda Fit Sport home on Tuesday. Smail and Jeffery were great. We were able to take the car to our mechanic, the paperwork took but only a couple of minutes, the car was cleaned and the tank filled before it was given to us. No that is service!!! We can't say enough about Jeffery. He handled the sale perfectly. He answered every question we had in person or on the phone, and quickly. We weren't handled, we were talked to. All those other jerks need to come and watch him for a day to learn how to be a salesman. More

We were initially undecided about which Accord model we wanted. Jeff and Patsy were so good about giving us prices on each model under consideration. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. We left the dealership feeling happy with the car, the price and the way this sale was handled. Jeff was even nice enough to set up the Bluetooth feature in the new car. Since we aren't big fans of our cell phones, this was a big deal for us. We will certainly return to Smail Honda Village for future purchases.
