We looked for over a month from Ohio to Washington, Butler,Pittsburgh and Greensburg. I won't go into all the crap we had to listen to from salesmen and sales managers. we felt like we were on Revoluti Butler,Pittsburgh and Greensburg. We stopped in Smail Honda on Saturday and drove our 2007 Honda Fit Sport home on Tuesday. Smail and Jeffery were great. We were able to take the car to our mechanic, the paperwork took but only a couple of minutes, the car was cleaned and the tank filled before it was given to us. No that is service!!! We can't say enough about Jeffery. He handled the sale perfectly. He answered every question we had in person or on the phone, and quickly. We weren't handled, we were talked to. All those other jerks need to come and watch him for a day to learn how to be a salesman. More
