My entire purchasing experience was very positive. Wes Dey, my sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and professional during all aspects of my new vehicle purchase. Knowing I was interested in the 2012 Honda CRV, he kept me up to date on when it would be expected at the dealership for sale. He did not pressure when I stated I was not ready to purchase, though he made several follow up contacts to check the status of where I was in my buying process and took my lead when I was ready to pursue a new vehicle. He thoroughly answered my many questions and toured me through the car without a rush and even answered more questions during a follow up phone call after purchasing. I would highly recommend Smail Honda Village and especially Wes Dey. More

Curt was down-to-earth, not at all pushy, and genuinely helpful. There was no endless back and forth haggling, just an honest discussion of what we were offering the dealership. We turned in our leased Honda Odyssey and got our 4th Odyssey now at Smail Honda Village. I have been with Smail Honda now for ten years and my Dad has been with Smail now for almost 30 years.
