Best experience that my husband and I ever had purchasing a vehicle. We would definitely return to Smail Honda Village when we decide to purchase another vehicle! I first contacted Frank Moyer, salesman, by phone to clarify some things I saw on their website regarding the vehicle we were interested in and the Certified Honda Warranty. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. After visiting some dealerships in our local area, we decided to make the hour and a half trip to Greensburg to look at the vehicle we were interested in. Upon arrival, it began to rain. Frank made accommodations so we were able to view the vehicle out of the rain. He walked around the vehicle with us and explained every detail about the vehicle. Once we were ready to take a test drive, he rode along explaining all the interior features, answered any questions we had, and insisted that both my husband and I drive the vehicle before we considered purchasing it. He worked very hard for us getting the best trade in value for our current vehicle and the best price for the vehicle we were purchasing. While we were waiting to complete our financing paperwork, Frank was very accommodating providing snacks and drinks for our family. Our experience with the Financing Department was just as good. Eric Woodmancy completed all of our paperwork and explained everything we were signing in detail. He was able to get us a better interest rate, which allowed us to purchase an additional warranty. Both Frank and Eric worked an hour past the dealership closing, so we could take the vehicle that day and would not have to return at a later date. I would definitely recommend Smail Honda Village to anyone. It was worth the drive for the pleasureable experience we received. More

Jeff went out of his way to have the car ready and waiting with a huge bow when we came to pick up the car with our daughter, knowing it was a surprise for her birthday. The entire experience was great.
