I was referred to Frank from another Honda dealer in my local area. This dealer was unable to find what I was looking for in a vehicle and thought a bigger volume dealer could help. I was originally searching for a certified used Element but that was because no one could produce the Element I coveted, my rare Omni Blue Pearl. After a few conversations with Frank, it was clear that he was willing to do what he could to get me into the vehicle I have longed for for well over a year. I could not believe that he was making it happen! He handled everything with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. I should also mention that a minor problem with my financing didn't keep me from my dream car. Frank worked with the talented staff in the financing department (Mike and Eric) and made it possible to stick with my intended car payment to finally take delivery on my new vehicle. It is easy to see that this dealership is very loyal to Honda and believes in the product they represent and truly do WORK FOR THE CUSTOMER to make it all happen. I have not had anything close to this experience with the other dealers I was working with to make this a reality. Frank said he would get it done and meet my expectations and that is EXACTLY what he did! Now I drive down the street and see other drivers checking out my new ride and I feel like I am on top of the world and I owe it all to Frank.
