We were already coming in to get the brakes looked at so we mentioned the sound and the dome lights being out. Dan at once checked to see if we had the car past the initial period of coverage which is normal. When we let him know we had just bought the vehicle he didn't bat an eye but went right into his great customer service mode. I have worked for Nordstrom and was impressed. We were given a shuttle to the mall at once. We checked in to find out that there was a leak in the power steering and that instead of a gasket Dan felt it best to replace the whole unit...this kind of attitude builds business because now he will retain more customer referrals from us because of the service guarantee. There is more to buying a used car than the price. We did in all honesty get the car early as we were in need of a van for a performance. So we did not give them enough time to go through it. Any way we just turned on the air conditioner and its probably out of Freon or something and we'll confidently call Dan to make things right. So no matter what car issues you have whether you bought there or not you can trust you will get the best service repairs out there from oil changes to anything else.
