We leased a 2023 highlander hybrid. They hide itemized lease agreement and reason is that they charge some optional costs and do not want you to know about them. If you go to this dealership ask for itemized agreement and also the APR or money factor. Read about these parameters to see how they play with them to keep charges high. They never care about costumers. We leased and then returned the car because they did not tell us about the optional charges and also money factor or APR. They say money factor is not related to APR but the mathematical equation is: APR/2400=money factor. My wife has MBA and knows financing and it did not matter how much we tried to explain the APR and money factor. They just do not accept simple mathematics. More
