I would not recommend this dealership. Their purchasing process is awful, and we were passed around for a total of 5 hours before finishing. I am disappointed in the way were treated, and as a first time dealership buyer, I was hoping someone could have walked us through everything. The final cost was never negotiated and additional expenses were added that I never agreed upon, but we were shuffled into the finance office anyways. At the end of the day we still bought - only because it was the right car, wrong dealership. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I was happy to hand them the check just so our interaction is over. Another dealership will be servicing my vehicle instead. More
Worst place to ever purchase are car from. They will add multiple optional coverages on your lease/loan without your permission. They will lie on the federal odometer disclosure to lease vehicles that are o multiple optional coverages on your lease/loan without your permission. As always, the team at Smart Toyota, was friendly and efficient. The testing when I had my oil change, showed that I had very little rear brake pads left. ***BEWARE*** Service department was Horrible. Did not listen to what I said, even in writing before service, overcharged me, tried to sell me $2,000 struts I did NOT need. Every time I tried to talk to them, every one, was a disaster. I sat at the front desk, ignored, called them on the phone there, still ignored. I sent email after email and only got Smart xxx answers, bullying, so I gave up. Keep the money, i will tell the 100% truth. Do Not get screwed like me. It hurts. I am disabled, elderly and they preyed on me. Please help me to keep them from ripping off others. More
After being referred to Smart Toyota by a close friend, we made a trip to the dealership. We were skeptical that we would be approved for anything due to credit issues, But James, John and Nate were all a we made a trip to the dealership. We were skeptical that we would be approved for anything due to credit issues, But James, John and Nate were all a pleasure to work with. They did everything they could to make sure we left with a vehicle within our price range and with the features we were wanting. We left the same day with an approval and a brand new car. Customer service in the service department is excellent. I deal with Jake. He is honest and explains the details throughly to me and all the costs. Great experience as always. My service writer Jake helps me maintain my Toyota in top running condition. They are great with regards to working around my schedule. He will track what service that I am needi me maintain my Toyota in top running condition. They are great with regards to working around my schedule. We originally bought our Toyota at another dealership (a mistake I know), but the service experience here is so great, I have have never been back to the original dealership for any service. When we are shopping for our next car, we will be looking here first. More
Scheduled my Highlander for a 7:30 oil change. The only problem, workers don’t come in till 8:00.. should have been told this when I made the appointment, not when checking vehicle in.
