The service that I received from Wes Reed was outstanding. It was an insurance claim and he came to my rescue. I bought my Mercedes C300 from Smith Motors, so I felt that that was the place to return to and ask for help in that I was the proud owner of 3 Mercedes bought from them. I was so excited to see Wes and he told me to get my car over to them and not to worry. Wes kept me informed about the progress of my car and a little over 2 weeks, I was driving my Mercedes after a 2-1/2 month absence.
