I leased a new Acura TSX in August. My salesman was Anthony V. I would like to extend my compliements to him. He is a very polite, helpful salesman. I was, however, dissapointed when I phoned the dealership to speak directly to the sales manager, Allison. I told the receptionist that I wanted to tell her what a good job her salesman, Anthony, had done. When the receptionist returned to the phone she told me Allison was eating her lunch and I should just go to this website. I did find that to be extremely rude and unproffesional. I was annoyed that I had to sign up to this site just to compliment a well-deserving salesman. So, hats off to Anthony. Allison- not so much! More

I explained to Rodney that our current lease was up at the end of September and that we were very interested in purchasing a pre-owned MDX. Rodney could have been like all the other car dealers and called or sent an email every week, but he did not. He was very courteous and called in September to follow up. He was very easy going and made my wife and I very relaxed. He helped and went beyond what we thought a sales person would do. After my Toyota Solara was totalled I only had 5 business days to find a replacement vehicle. I went to VW, Nissan, Infinity & Acura. I was amazed to discover how disintrested the sales staff at every dealer days to find a replacement vehicle. I went to VW, Nissan, Infinity & Acura. I was amazed to discover how disintrested the sales staff at every dealer EXCEPT Smithtown Acura was in helping me to find a car quickly. (In this economy I actually expected to be bombarded by the sales staff at every dealer.) There was NO pressure from my sales person, John Schepp, only intelligent questions to help me determine which model would be best for the type of driving I do. After spending at least a couple of hours with John I decided that I needed to "sleep on it". John was off the next day, which was a Sunday, but had given me his cell phone # & promised that he would come in if I needed to come back for another test drive in order to make my decision. I did need another test drive....& he was there, on his day off, with a smile on his face. He worked the numbers until I was satisified & I bought a 2010 TL that makes me smile every time I see it. Thank you John! You're a rare breed! I look forward to my next Acura purchase through Smithtown Acura. More
