Do not waste your time with Smith Town Kia. Ordering a part from them was a mistake. There is no communication from parts department on getting part needed and once asked for a refund didn’t hear from any part from them was a mistake. There is no communication from parts department on getting part needed and once asked for a refund didn’t hear from anyone until I called 5 days later to obtain a status on part. Associate Todd from parts was no help, could not provide a return invoice. All he said was they pushed the return button and to get ahold of my bank. Don’t hold your breath on speaking to a supervisor for that store, you get the run around and directed to multiple associates that have no clue on what customer service really is. Not to mention that I was redirected to parts again and was asked why I’m even returning the part and it’s not Amazon. Found that very funny, might have been better off ordering a part from Amazon. Thank you Smith Town Kia, will not be doing any more business with that store. Also, appreciate the follow up call from the store manager that I did not get. Everyone be very aware of taking your vehicles here or ordering parts. Would like to at least show gratitude to Service Manager Kevin, he was the only one who actually helped when I was redirected to multiple associates. More
