Took his time with me going over everything with me regarding my Kia forte that I purchased, but I have to say the one thing he did which I found quite impressive when I unfortunately forgot to bring my plates cause I was transferring them over he was not only kind but told me not to rush and to take my time going back to get the plates and to make sure I drove safely . My appointment was at 4pm and then I had to head home after everything was done to get the plates Michael‘s shift ended at five and he didn’t say a word other than I’ll be here when you get back.
