Repeat buyers to this dealership. Although we used a new person, our experience with the dealership was still very good. FYI - We already own a few Kia's and we mainly came back becau Although we used a new person, our experience with the dealership was still very good. FYI - We already own a few Kia's and we mainly came back because of the FREE oil changes and NYS inspections. It was disheartening to hear they've since dropped the oil changes but at least the NYS inspections are still included. This is no discredit to our sales person Andrew who was great to work with. Kia take note, the mark of a great salesperson is to teach them to LISTEN to what the customer actually wants in a car. It's not just about getting them to sign to buy, it's about the time spent leading up to a possible sale in helping them actually find what will work for us. We certainly put Andrew thru the ringer and he spent lots of time listening and offering options. He didn't skip a beat even when we said "NOT THAT color" as he was just stepping out of a car only to get right back in to go get another one! He was great to work with so if anyone is looking to head to this dealership look for Andrew and let him know we sent you his way! This review of 5 stars is all for Andrew in light of the loss of the dealership changes since our last purchases. More
