Firstly, we understand the importance of having a reliable vehicle and the frustrations that come with needing repairs.  We have looked into the phone call described. We strive to provide our customers with transparent and honest information so as to not offer false guarantees. We strive as well to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability with the resources we have available. Regarding this vehicle, our staff did appear to provide correct warranty coverage information for the concerns that were given. The previous major repair done on this vehicle was not done at our location and as such, we are not able to see complete details of repairs.  Our staff maintained a calm and professional demeaner throughout the interaction.
