I came to Smithtown Kia to work with Gerard Rennie again, after previously leasing my car with him. This time we were buying our first car, which can be a scary process. Chad was an awesome salesman who had helped me to receive the vehicle that I had submitted an order for within a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure if the order was never initially submitted by mistak the vehicle that I had submitted an order for within a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure if the order was never initially submitted by mistake, as the initial salesman that I had worked with had quit and relocated around one week after I had made the down payment. However, after waiting three months with no updates on my order's status, Chad was able to find the exact vehicle that I had desired and had ordered (harder to find trim, much harder to find brown interior, etc) at a different Kia dealership within NY. He worked out a quick vehicle exchange with that dealership and was able to quickly receive the vehicle that I ordered! Thanks Chad! If it wasn't for you, I would probably be waiting for another three months to get the vehicle that I ordered! You're the man! More
