To say I was hesitant to lease my first car, is a complete understatement. We had done our research and knew to go to Smithtown Kia as our first stop. He was helpful, weighing the pros and cons of stepping into a model on the lot, or waiting for my perfect model to come in. Ultimately, I chose to wait a few weeks. Gerard answered all of my questions, called me when my model came in early(!) and was a genuine pleasure to work with. On signing day, he walked us through all the details and even went the extra mile to help me affix a bumper guard license plate frame.
