The deal with the leased one,08/29/09, was to have Nissan pay off the current Toyota lease r Within 3 days,we leased one car and purchased a new one. The deal with the leased one,08/29/09, was to have Nissan pay off the current Toyota lease remaining 7 payments,we entered a 39 mo. Lease for an Altima. The deal was initiated with John Cerruto,very professional and helpfull;Ray Krisa sealed the option. We did the financing papers with Chris Nesky,gave him a copy of the latest Toyota statement showing the # of remaining payments (7).Two weeks later,we received a notice from Toyota that 2 payments were still open. The "Financial Guru" paid only 5 of 7!!!! We contacted Ray Krisa,we opt for "accomodating" us by assuming one more payment,which left us stuck with one payment out of pocket! Had that been explained to us to be the case we would not have gone for the deal. On 09/01/09 we went back and purchased a new Nissan Altima,dealt with Joh Cerruto,and Greg,Manager, to finalized the details. Did the financing with Alli Rollero. At no point was explained to us that by doing new plates,we did not need to co-signed the loan...nor was given us the option of a lower rate for lesser #'s of month. Now we have a co-signed 84 months loan which I would have to re-finance on my own. "a little technical detail"for lack of communication!!!!!!!! Two cars,several issues...not your best "Welcome to the Nissan Family"outcome. More
