Honestly the entire process was phenomenal! I first spoke with Mike (internet sales). He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I then dealt with the sales person Vinay, he was knowledgeable,pr spoke with Mike (internet sales). He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. My car was delivered with no rear floor mats, rather dirty interior window My salesman Scott was fantastic. Whoever prepped my car is definitely not. My car was delivered with no rear floor mats, rather dirty interior windows, 45 psi in the tires (should be 36) and worst of all the shipping bump stops were left in my front struts. I practically rattled my teeth out on the ride home. It didn't help that I started getting error messages about the emergency system on this ride home from the dealership. The low rating is for the way my car was prepped, not my salesman. Now, service is another story..... More
