On a 5 hour road trip during the summer, a "reduce oil pressure" warning appeared on the dashboard. I dealt with Sal D'amico as my salesmen.. He was professional from start to finish. I knew that Volkswagen was known for engineering and providing an extremely safe vehicle and Sal reinforced this professional from start to finish. I told him what I was looking to spend and what we were looking for and he and John (Sales Manager) helped us get what we wanted. Picking up the car was a delight. They were ready for me and I was in and out of signing documents in about 15 minutes. My favorite part was that they didn't try to sell me during this process. Sal then took me through the car's features and getting my phone synced. All in all a great, easy painless experience. More

He immediately asked us a few important questions that allowed him to get a better sense of what we had showed up to test drive, after which we proceeded with picking out the vehicle that was right for us. The entire process was as seamless as it could be. This was by far my best car-buying experience yet. Not only was Vinay incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at, he was very honest when giving responses to all of our questions. I never felt pressured by him in the slightest. Due to a few logistical challenges, Vinay also offered to personally drop of our vehicle at our building in Manhattan. This was above and beyond what he needed to do for us but we are incredibly grateful. We will absolutely be back. More
