Bob was AMAZING!! No BS kinda guy, which I like. You tell him what you want and he makes it happen. I’ve never experienced such an easy process. A special thank you to my service advisor Thomas who listened to my descriptions of my concerns and what I thought needed to be checked, and expertly wrote up for the mechanics what to check, and he even printed out a list for me of what would be done at this service interval.
