Bate and which dealership. Do not trust! Scott Miller was an excellent salesman. I give Scott 5 stars. The dealership assistant manager I believe his name was Tony sold the car at $44,250 an Scott Miller was an excellent salesman. I give Scott 5 stars. The dealership assistant manager I believe his name was Tony sold the car at $44,250 and convinced me to sign a contract at $45k stating that the additional $750 would be deducted in coupons. That was not the case. Sales general manager, John understood that my statements were true (verified from salesman and finance personal) however refused to honor the deal. I brought the car for $550 over the the negotiated price because it was at the 23 hour of a promotion (which consequently was extended). But next time I will go to Huntington VW. My last 2 vehicles purchased were from Huntington Audi and Porsche and none of these shenanigans were performed. The only reason Smithtown VW got 2 stars is because of Scott my salesman who was the only one practicing customer service and honesty. More

Excellent Experience with Smithtown Volkswagen Salesman Bob Ribaudo was excellent. Totally transparent and understanding. I called him to compare pricing I'd gotten from three other VW dealers. I thought I'd get the same type of response as the other sales guys. What I got was totally unexpected. He was honest with me. He ran the numbers on the exact car I was looking for. He told me I'd gotten a good price, but he thought he could do even better. I was skeptical at first. I told him to get back to me with his price. When he called me back, I was shocked that he beat the best price I had obtained. He was straightforward and not pushy at all. No pressure. Simply presented his offer and said "It's up to you. Let me know when you're ready." Not only was my interaction with him thoroughly pleasant and so different from other sales conversations I'd had in the past, but they had the car in a color I wanted. I liked my interaction with him so much that after we had closed the deal, I reached out to him about a second car I was interested in. I'm impressed and would eagerly go back to him for my next Volkswagen. More
