Sal is the best! He sold my husband a Jetta in Nov and we had a great experience with Sal and smithtown vw. When it became my turn, we knew who we’d be calling. We even got to buy AND leave with it the same day! That was beyond amazing since my husband and I have conflicting schedules. A few days later Sal texted me and asked how I liked my new car. When I asked a question about CarPlay, he called and walked me thru it. Like I said, he knows his products. Everyone at smithtown knows their stuff. Very patient and accommodating. They seem very organized too, so no one’s time is wasted. If you want a comfortable buying experience, go here and see Sal. Bob Ribaudo is the best. He worked around me, did a great job getting to my price without a hundred back and forth issues. Also with my wife in the hospital he made sure that I could do everything over email job getting to my price without a hundred back and forth issues.
